Admins can create and assign projects to technicians, upload inventory templates (Furniture, Essentials, Extras), and monitor item status in real time. Technicians use the app on-site to check off inventory items, flag missing or damaged pieces with photos, and complete walkthroughs — giving the entire team full visibility into every project's progress from start to finish.
